Located in Sherbrooke in the Dandenong Ranges, the Alfred Nicholas Gardens are a nature lovers dream with native and exotic trees, picturesque waterfalls, and various picnic spots where you can sit and eat lunch with some of the most stunning views.

Whether you visit in Summer or Winter there is plenty to enjoy in The Alfred Nicholas Gardens all year round.
These memorial gardens are owned and operated by Parks Victoria. You can walk around the gardens without any tour as there is plenty of signage.

There are various linking paths, and several ponds with small bridges to cross over. You will find a variety of different native and exotic trees, and even come across some interesting wildlife.
Walking through the shady pathways covered by trees you can view the lake down the bottom with a reflection of the boathouse which will just take your breath away.

The gardens may be closed during dangerous weather conditions so check on the day you plan to visit to confirm if they are open.

Directly across from the entrance of the gardens.
Wheelchair access in some of the top sections and down at the lake, but caution should be taken as paths can be steep and unsteady.
