A foreshore playground in Melbourne’s South East, this is a little gem! With a nautical theme, it has all of the classic playground features plus water play so it’s perfect in the warmer months!

Beach Road Foreshore Playground is located in Sandringham, south of Melbourne. This beachside playground has a nautical theme with the central octopus and water play area which both our kids loved! Make sure you bring a spare set of clothes if your kids like to get wet because it’s quite popular on a warm day.

Our 5yo loved the big spinning rope swing which had these thick pieces of rope to hang off as it went spinning around faster and faster. There was a central tower which was the perfect place to lookout over the bay which connected to the bigger slide.

The trampolines are always a big hit and the percussion drums were loads of fun too. Overall, it is a fun and engaging park that our kids truly enjoy.
