Burden Park & Playground, Springvale South
Burden Park playground, located in Springvale South in Melbourne’s south east is a fantastic play space for kids of all ages and the perfect spot for a family picnic or outing.

Burden Park Playground
Such an exciting playground for the little ones as it has such a big wooden castle to play in, with many slides, puzzles and ropes to climb. The sandpit was also a hit with the little digger. As were the ride on toys.

We packed a picnic and set up with our blanket under a shady tree, there was heaps of benches and picnic tables if needed. It was a popular playground with lots of people there but it didn’t feel overcrowded as there was a lot of space.

The castle was more suited for the younger ones while the older kids at the park enjoyed the Ninja course which has a range of challenging obstacles to get through.
