Flip Out Knox, is the ultimate destination for active kids, with everything from trampolines to climbing walls, a massive indoor play centre, arcade games, and even a café for parents to relax. It’s perfect for a rainy day activity or weekend adventure, and caters to a wide range of ages.

Trampolines

The trampoline arena is first up when you walk in. The kids (and adults!) can bounce, flip, and fly through the air. The trampolines are interconnected, with a large open jump area that’s perfect for burning energy. There are also various types of games too.

Clip ‘n Climb

The Clip ‘n Climb area is super popular, it’s a vibrant climbing zone that’s as fun as it is challenging. There are multiple climbing walls, each with different grips, and difficulty levels, making it ideal for both beginners and confident climbers. Kids can challenge themselves on wobbly holds and obstacles.

Many of the walls are interactive, and kids can race each other side by side, testing their speed and agility. Our 12 year old raced over and over and hit the 10second mark for one wall so won a prize!

Multi Level Soft Play

Younger kidswill love the massive indoor play fort. This multi-level structure is packed with twisting slides, climbing nets, tunnels, and more.

There are plenty of hiding spots, crawl spaces, and challenges to keep little ones busy for ages. It’s perfect for primary-aged kids and older who want to explore and burn off some energy.

This part isn’t suitable for toddlers to run around by themselves however you can go in there with them if you have socks. There is a small toddler area next to it for the younger ones if you want to let them play around on their own.

Arcade & Parkour Zone

For those who want a bit of variety, the arcade arena has a great selection of classic and modern games. Win tickets and redeem prizes or just enjoy a chill gaming break between bouncing and climbing.

On site Café

While the kids play, parents can unwind at the on site cafe, which offers a selection of hot and cold drinks and snacks. There’s seating near all the play zones, so you can keep an eye on your little ones while enjoying a coffee or bite to eat. The café is a handy spot to refuel after all the action.

Parties & Events

Flip Out Knox also hosts birthday parties and private events. There is a variety of packages available. Staff help manage everything from set-up to clean-up, making party planning stress-free.

Book ahead during weekends and school holidays as it can get busy!
Suitable venue for all ages, but it’s especially popular with kids aged 4–12.
Socks with grips are required for trampolining—bring your own or buy them onsite.
