5. Trick or Treat at Kryal Castle

Follow Dr. Frankenstein’s Spooky Scavenger Hunt throughout the entire Castle! All participants will receive a free trick or treat bag, and then you can follow the trail, solve ridiculous riddles, and challenge yourself in some of his ghoulish, gruesome experiments to collect some tasty treats!

6. Luna Dark

Celebrate Halloween in Melbourne with the kids at Luna Park as it comes back from the dead as Luna Dark. It’s Melbourne’s biggest and most bone-chilling costume party, where zombies, ghouls, ghosts, vampires and people who knew what you did last summer, come out to play.
There are both day and night sessions. Expect everything from VR horror games, to screaming competitions and your very own SFX horror makeup artist. Make sure you’re dressed to kill, because there are prizes for the best and scariest costume!

7. InStore Trick or Treating at Kew Junction

Halloween is back, in all it’s creepy, spooky glory at Kew Junction! There will be 40 stores involved so plenty of lollies to be had! Parents, make sure to collect your own treats on the way! Check the map for various businesses you can pick up vouchers for discounts and specials dining, beauty and hair services and more.
For the first time ever, they also have the Haunted Court House that kids can visit and experience! And of course don’t forget the wonderful on-street characters, on the street. Keep an eye out for Marvel characters, Disney princesses and more.

Watergardens Shopping Centre is bringing fun (and fear) this Halloween weekend, hosting a huge 3-day street party in their brand-new outdoor precinct on Station Street from Saturday October 29th until
The party will be supported by exciting kids workshops where they’ll be able to create their very own Halloween bucket to take trick or treating, spooky face painting, amazing roaming prizes and a Ninja Turtles meet and greet.

11. FREE Halloween Community Fun for 0-5 year olds at Paisley Park

There’s a Halloween Party in Malvern! Come dressed in your favourite costume and enjoy some fun games, face painting and crafts as well as some spooky refreshments. Enrolled families and young families from the community are welcome. A lovely way for local children and families to meet each other.

For those who don’t want to go out door knocking for trick or treat, go on a Halloween Hunt!

Make sure you have a stash of sweets with you, so you can fill up their Halloween baskets every time they spot a pumpkin!
The kids still get to celebrate Halloween, and they still come home with a bag of treats!
