IWAGUMI AIR SCAPE: Free Interactive Art Installation, Prahran Square
Prahran Square has transformed into an immersive wonderland with the Australian premiere of IWAGUMI AIR SCAPE – a free, large-scale interactive art installation that’s sure to spark imaginations of all ages!

What is IWAGUMI AIR SCAPE?
If you’re looking for something a little different this winter, you’re going to want to check this out IWAGUMI AIR SCAPE.
Created by Melbourne-based art and tech studio ENESS, this incredible installation features monumental inflatable sculptures that look just like ancient stone formations, but with a twist. These towering structures shimmer with sound and gentle light, creating a magical and sensory experience right in the middle of the city.

Inspired by the Japanese concept of Iwagumi (the thoughtful placement of rocks to reflect natural harmony), the experience encourages visitors to slow down and explore the contrast between nature and city life in a playful, hands-on way.

Whether your kids want to run through the space, lie back and look up at the “rocks,” or just take it all in, this installation is definitely one of this winter’s must-dos in Melbourne.
Grab a bite to eat, stroll through the square, and then let the kids immerse themselves in this creative landscape that blends art, nature, and imagination.

Don’t miss the chance to see this globally acclaimed experience right in our backyard!
