Circus Kid’s Classes at Women’s Circus Footscray

Looking for kids’ circus classes? Women’s Circus runs a yearlong social circus program in line with school terms, with classes for kids aged 2-17 years.

Held in Footscray at their fully equipped training centre, these circus classes focus on fun, movement and community connection, and are perfect for developing your child’s physical and social confidence in a supportive space.

Tiny Tots (2-5 years) classes offer a chance for the littlest kiddos to join in the circus fun, all while bonding with their parent or guardian. Watch as they build balance, coordination and social skills.

For those a little bigger, Trainee Tumblers (6-8 years) and Middle Kids (9-12 years) are the perfect after school activity. Children develop motor skills, spatial awareness, strength and flexibility while making friends and having a whole lot of fun!

Our Aerial Explorers (11-12 years) class is specifically for those of a marginalised gender wanting to focus on aerials including trapeze, silks and lyra.

For teens (aged 13-17 years) who belong to a marginalised gender, there are Teen Allsorts classes, which teach a range of circus skills including aerials, acrobalance, juggling, manipulation, handstands, and tumbling, and Teen Aerials classes, which specialise in aerial apparatus.

All classes for kids under 12 years (excluding Aerial Explorers) are open to children of all genders.
