Lilly Pilly Nature Walk – Wilsons Promontory
The Lilly Pilly Nature Walk is one of the most popular short walks in the Wilsons Promontory National Park. This family friendly walk is great for all ages, and pram friendly too.

Lilly Pilly Nature Walk – Wilsons Promontory
Starting from the Lilly Pilly Gully Carpark, this nature walk is fantastic for all ages.
As you walk along the shaded paths, you can explore the lush gully and gorgeous rainforests of Wilsons Prom.

The walk itself is absolutely gorgeous, it is definitely a must do for any visitor to the Prom. The path is generally flat and pram friendly too.
We have done this walk every time we have visited with kids of all ages. One as young as 3 months old in the pram, other little ones in the baby carrier, and kids from 3-10 walking on their own along the track.

There is a boardwalk section at the top of the walk which is stunning and the kids especially love.
Take your time to slowly walk along, looking around and especially upwards to really appreciate the beauty.

Once you have completed the circuit you walk back along the same track to get back again.
The walk is around 5.2kms return, and will take around 1.5 hours. You can go as slow as you like, taking in the beautiful scenery and stopping for photos along the way.
If you want a longer walk, you can also start from the Tidal River campground, which adds about 10-15mins each way. It crosses the bridge over the river and has some spectacular views of the mountains.

You can find toilets at the Lilly Pilly Gully Carpark.
