We absolutely love the Markham Reserve Playground and it’s sure to be a hit you’re your kids. It is HUGE but it’s a fenced playground to keep your little ones safe.

There is a great mix of play zones. From climbing adventures and slides to water play, nature play, and a big sandpit, and lots more.

Markham Reserve Playground Arch Wooden Structure

The main play area has an impressive timber climbing structure with slides, nets, and bridges, perfect for adventurous climbers. Younger kids will love the swings, ride on’s, and sand play.

One of the highlights for families is definitely the water and sand play zone, which is always a winner on warm days. There’s also a large spinning carousel, and accessible features that make it inclusive for all abilities.

The playground sits beside wide grassy areas, walking and bike paths along Gardiners Creek Trail, and picnic facilities so you can easily make a day of it. With its beautiful setting, heaps of play options, and all the essentials close by, Markham Reserve Playground is a locals favourite, but also one of those spots you’ll want to to come from afar.
