Metta Play Yoga Cards Review
Created by a mother, registered Yoga Teacher, and bilingual Asian-American living in Australia, the Metta Play Cards make yoga fun for kids.
There are 30 cards in total. They are larger than normal playing cards and are laminated with a hard shiny finish which is great for sticky fingers as it is easy to clean them.
On the cards, there are 15 different poses, 2 of each pose. Each card has an image of the pose, as well as the name.
The name of the yoga pose is written in English and a second language too, so kids are also benefiting from learning a new language.
Each time they read the word in English they can also read the word in their target language too making it even more fun.
Currently the languages available are Spanish, French, Chinese Mandarin, and Indonesian.

The cards come in a cute cotton drawstring bag, and a guidebook is enclosed to help you get the most out of the cards.
