The Bathing Ridge is a serene retreat for everyone. You can immerse yourself in the soothing thermal pools all each set at different temperatures to cater to your preference.
The pools in the Bathing Ridge are suitable for all ages so the kids are more than welcome to come along. These areas are family friendly and have a coffee cut, geothermal showers, a reflexology walk, relaxation lounges and nature trails.
The stunning natural surroundings added to the overall ambiance, creating a sense of calm and peacefulness.
You can spend hours in the thermal pools, just admiring the views. Our kids loved alternating between the warm waters and the cooler plunge pools. I wasn’t so game and instead stuck to the warm pools over 37 degrees!
The Hilltop Escarpment is reserved for those over 16 years so if you are visiting the Metung Hotsprings without kids and want some quiet bathing, this might be the area for you as there is less noise.
There are stunning views of the Gippsland Lakes and the freshwater lagoon. There are sauna or steam rooms to detoxify and cleanse your body and you can indulge in a pampering session with their selection of spa treatments including soothing massages and luxurious facials.
If you don’t live close by, the glamping is a fantastic option to stay overnight. This adult only retreat really creates a day of pure bliss.
The safari-style glamping tent features a king size bed, an ensuite bathroom, private bathing barrels on your personal deck overlooking the lagoon. Just perfect for a night away in a tranquil oasis.
