Panda Hot Pot, Carlton
Panda Hotpot is located on Cardigan Street in the old Dracula’s venue. While the ghouls and vampires have moved on, the venue retains a sense of drama with it’s iconic dragon in the entry way, very cool! It sets the whole mood for the place as a dramatic backdrop along with the music adding to the mood as you walk in.

Panda Hotpot Menu
If you haven’t tried a hot pot before you are in for a treat. Hotpot is a communal dining experience rooted in Chinese culinary traditions. It involves cooking a variety of fresh ingredients in a simmering pot of flavourful broth.
The beauty of hotpot lies in its customisation: you choose your broth, your ingredients, and your dipping sauces, creating a meal that’s tailored to your tastes.

Panda Hotpot’s menu offers a wide range of fresh meats, seafood, vegetables, and noodles. Popular options include thinly sliced beef, lamb, prawns, fish balls, tofu, and an array of greens like bok choy and spinach. There are also more adventurous choices for those looking to try something new.
Our kids absolutely love the hotpot experience, getting to choose from all the different types of food, and cooking it themselves in front of us.
Panda Hotpot is more than just a meal – it’s an experience. Perfect for special occasions or just a night out. Be sure to book ahead though, especially on weekends, as it is quite a popular spot and fills up quickly.
