Paradise Resort Gold Coast Review, Family Accommodation
Paradise Resort on the Gold Coast is one of the most popular resorts for families on the Gold Coast and is super kid friendly. If you’re after a high energy holiday where there’s always something happening, this place delivers exactly that.

Paradise Resort Gold Coast
We recently spent three nights at Paradise Resort on the Gold Coast with our kids. It is a lively resort in the middle of Surfers Paradise absolutely buzzing with young families making the most of the facilities and entertainment.
Facilities
The pool area is the heart of the resort and it’s busy. From early morning until late afternoon, it’s packed with excited little ones running between the splash zones, slides, and pool. The energy is high all day long.

If you love a lively atmosphere and don’t mind plenty of noise and movement, you’ll feel right at home. Parents with toddlers or primary-aged kids will especially appreciate how much there is to do in one spot without even having to leave the resort.
If you have older kids, there is a basketball court which is great fun. Mostly shady in the mornings too so it’s still ok even on warmer days.

Activities
There are so many things for kids within the resort itself that you don’t even need to leave. There is a kids club available, just make a booking in advance to secure your spot A climbing wall is also available outdoors.
If the kids are over the outdoors, you can a huge play structure inside near reception that is always full of kids. There is also an indoor ice skating rink too at an extra charge.

Rooms
Each section of the resort has it’s own themes, from Dusty Digs to Cleo’s Castle and more.

We stayed in the Dusty Digs Section of the resort. Our family room was comfortable and fun, with themed touches and plenty of space for all of us. It was clean, modern and designed with families in mind.
Entertainment

The entertainment program is always full. There’s something happening from morning through evening. There are organised games, activities, live entertainment, family challenges and more. And the entertainment staff go above and beyond to keep the kids happy.
Our kids really enjoyed the trivia competitions, and there were plenty of prizes to be won. Lots of adults got involved too which was great to see.
Dining

Breakfast is continental-style with things like pastries, cereals, muesli, coffee etc. You can purchase hot items à la carte if you prefer such as bacon and eggs, pancakes etc.
For lunch and dinner, the main restaurant offers a mix of kid friendly meals like pizzas, nachos and other snacks, plus full classic mains if you want something more substantial. The cocktails were delicious, and you can relax on a sunbed with food and drinks overlooking the pool area.
Paradise Resort
Paradise Resort is designed for families with younger children, and it absolutely shines in that space with its huge range of activities, splash areas, and all-day entertainment.
If you’re travelling with little ones, love a high energy atmosphere, and want everything in one place, Paradise Resort on the Gold Coast ticks all the boxes.
