Rocket Academy School Holiday Programs
If you’re looking for a way to keep the kids entertained and learning during school holidays, Rocket Academy’s holiday programs are an absolute winner.
These workshops dive deeper into specific STEM themes, giving kids the chance to explore new concepts in a single day or over a few days.
Our kids recently attended the “Mission to Mars” program, and it was a huge hit!
Mission to Mars: A Holiday Highlight

Rocket Academy’s Mission to Mars is an exciting two-day program where kids aged 8+ can explore the challenges of a human mission to Mars.
Using LEGO Spike Prime kits and iPads (all provided), the kids build robots, tackle space-themed challenges, and enhance their STEM skills through hands-on activities and teamwork.

Both kids really enjoyed the program over two full days. The highlight for my 10-year-old was actually building the robot as he is quite hands on. My 12-year-old loved the coding aspect of programming to complete tasks. They worked together quite well.
This two day program encouraged them to get creative, collaborate, think critically, and problem solve, and they really had a lot of fun with it too, which is the main thing. They both learned so much and are keen to go back again.

Rocket Academy is perfect for parents looking to spark a love for STEM in their kids. Whether through weekly classes or holiday programs, it offers an incredible opportunity for young minds to explore, create, and grow.
