The Royal Assembly builds confidence, self-worth and resilience in young people through school holiday workshops, school programs and ongoing connections. They truly believe in the potential of all young people and we use their knowledge, experience, training and love to change lives.

The Royal Assembly workshops and school programs focus on helping young people to find their true self and empower them to realise their strengths, stand up and stand out and develop a growth mindset to help them navigate the challenges ahead.
These holiday workshops work specifically with girls, exposing them to extraordinary female role models, helping them to build their own story and vision for their future.
Royal Assembly Confidence Workshops
There are 3 types of workshops offered.
- Minis 5 & 6 years
- Girls 7-9 years
- Tweens 10-13 years
The workshops are tailored specifically to the age of the participants and include topics such as:
- Who am I?
- Friendships & relationships
- Growth mindset
- Body confidence
- Self Esteem

Being different and appreciating difference, though scary, is essential in raising young people who grow into change makers. Our kids need to know that they are worthy and need help developing unshakeable confidence.
The goal of these workshops is to fill our young people with love, strength and resilience in order for them to develop their self-esteem and to love what makes them different.
These programs take the girls through a whole range of presentations, discussions and engaging activities. They use amazing role models, stories, video, art, the performing arts and so much more to motivate and engage the young people.
All programs are absolutely jam packed! Young people leave all programs and workshops with new friends, new confidence, pride, connections, self-love and great excitement.
