Seville Water Play Park & Playground | Melbourne East
When the sun comes out and temperatures start to rise, a road trip up to the Seville Water Park should definitely be on the cards. Located about 1 hour East from Melbourne, this water park is one of our favourites and offers so much more than just water play. The former swimming pool has been landscaped and recreated into a public space for the families to come together, no matter the weather.

Seville Water Play Park
We have visited the Seville Water Park with the kids so many times over the years and it is always a fun day out. The water park is incredible, make sure to take a towel and bathers because the kids will be splashing around in the streams, running through the jets and lounging in the pools of water for hours!
The water park itself has some of the most powerful jets of water we’ve seen in Melbourne! It’s safe for the little ones to explore, and thrilling for the bigger kids.
Multiple shaded spaces provide are great to park the pram, or lay down a blanket. Or find a spot on the grass shaded by the towering trees. The large concreted Pavilion offers space for parties or gatherings and there is even a toilet block only meters from the water play space.
Don’t be fooled by the name however, this park is not only for summer time water play fun.

Head down the path and you’ll find a gorgeous farm-themed play space. There is a cool tractor, climbing frames, built in trampolines and small maze with hidden stone animals that the little ones will love exploring. There is even a shaded sand play area!
This play space also offers some shaded picnic benches, BBQ facilities and another toilet block.
Just across the road is the main street of Seville where you will find plenty of restaurants and cafes to provide the fuel for a fun-filled day. Seville water play park is well worth the drive, and you will easily spend the day here.
It will be one of the best free water play experiences that your kids will have.
