Variety Livvi’s Place – All Inclusive Playground, Clyde
The kids won’t know where to start at this new all-inclusive playground Clyde! Variety Livvi’s Place has really created a multi-use space for the ever-growing number of families out in the South East suburbs. Carefully designed to support children who have issues with sensory processing and social interaction, it has three different zones of fun including slides, swings, trampolines, sandpit, water play and more.

Variety Livvi’s Place – Clyde
Nestled in the back corner of an area lined with display homes, empty blocks and construction sites is the shiny new Edgebrook Estate playground. With its own little carpark as you drive in, you can already tell they mean business.
This large, fully-fenced play space is divided into zones, each paying homage to Clyde’s natural history; Birds in Flight, Lettuce Farm, Amphibian and the Aquatic zone.
As you enter, you will also notice the well sheltered and covered large BBQ space, perfect for kids’ birthdays.
The path will take you past all of the parks features and end at the main attractions; The ‘Birds in Flight’ — a beautiful 3 level structure with multiple entrances, all leading to a long twisting slide.
The kids won’t know where to start, and they certainly won’t want it to end. Pack a picnic, because you’ll be in for a good few hours of fun.
In addition to the BBQ space, there is plenty of grassed areas for picnics, as well as a few individual, covered seating pods (big enough to fit 2 people and a pram)!
To add to the impressive list of features, this park also has toilets and is pram, scooter and bike friendly.
It really does tick all the boxes, and is a must visit if you find yourself in the area.
While we still have hopes that the expanding estate will open a café nearby, for now Clyde has its fair share only a few minutes’ drive from the park.
