Venus Baths Walk – Family Walking Track in the Grampians
The Venus Baths in the Grampians is a naturally formed waterway nestled in the Grampians National Park.
It is one of the most popular things to do in Halls Gap and takes under half an hour to arrive on foot. We do the walk every time we go to Halls Gap because it is somewhere you can go over and over again.

There is a walking track that starts in Halls Gap, and crosses over Stony Creek and a gate at the Botanical Gardens.
The walk itself is incredible. It is an easy flat stroll most of the way with the exception of walking over a few rocks at some points.
There is only one part at the end where you will need to carry the pram over some rocks, however we saw a few prams left there at the entrance.
The Venus Baths Loop is just over 2kms return and well signed. Keep your head up to appreciate it.

You can hear the water as you approach and when you arrive, the views on arrival are spectacular.
Take some snacks or a picnic and sit on the rocks to admire the view. During the warmer months, you can splash around and cool off in the fresh water rockpools.
