FREE Christmas fun at Federation Square, Melbourne
A Christmas wonderland in Melbourne, Federation Square is filled with Christmas festivities for the whole family. Head into the city this December to discover and enjoy.
Each Christmas, Fed Square is transformed into a glittering wonderland filled with Christmas themed festivities.
Across from Flinders Street Station you can already hear the Christmas music playing and the laughter of families getting into the Christmas spirit.
This year at Fed Square, you can find a gorgeous 16 metre tall Christmas tree with lots of twinkling lights.
Be there at sunset, when everything lights up with a real festive glow. You can see the glittering lights from the tree and all of the special Christmas themed installations.
Each evening from 9pm until 11pm, on the hour, you will be able to enjoy a special Christmas Tree sound and light display. It really is a magical experience and perfect for the whole family.
There will be lots of other fun Christmas installations that make the perfect Christmas photo opportunity too!
Santas workshop is also in the back, so make sure to pop in to see the big man.
Everything at the Christmas Square is free, and it makes a great day out with the family in Melbourne, and is a must see Christmas event.
