With a variety of sports activities throughout the days, and flexible sign in times, working parents can feel at ease dropping their children at a Fit-kicks program knowing they will be learning valuable life skills.
Fit-Kicks School Holiday Program
The Fit-kicks sports program is not just a sports program. Yes kids will go to Fit-kicks to play sports. In fact their days will include a variety of sports including Basketball, Soccer, Hockey, Tennis, Cricket, and more. They will also participate in teamwork-based challenges such as treasure hunts and water games.
But one of the most important aspects of the Fit-kicks holiday programs, is that children build life confidence skills throughout the day such as resilience, courage, self-esteem, and self-belief.
Through the sports and activities, the “coaches” work on concepts around feelings and emotions, and teach children problem solving skills and strategies, among other things.
Our kids come home telling us about their day, and teaching us what they have learned.

Each child attending Fit-Kicks holiday program is provided with a take home journal which is a practical and simple guide to help them through challenging moments in their lives. It is a great little booklet that parents and kids can go through and fill out together.
