The Mentone Reserve is a great family day out that offers an activity for everyone. Featuring a playground, flying fox, lake with ducks and bridges, cycling/walking/scooter track, reserve for kite flying, picnics, footy or soccer, tennis wall, basketball court, sandpit, a walled maze and more

Mentone Racecourse Reserve & Playground, Mentone
Mentone Reserve is part of the original Mentone Racecourse, which was a large popular racecourse from 1888, until 1948. The playground has continued with a ‘horse and racing theme throughout’.
There are tables with BBQ’s which are great for family functions or kids’ birthday parties with toilets.


The playground has a horse theme and contains ride on horses, horse statues as well as slides, climbing frame, swings and a flying fox.



There is also a small maze for the kids to get lost in.
