McKenzie Reserve Playground Yarra Glen
The McKenzie Reserve Playground in Yarra Glen is a great spot to spend the day and easily and caters for all ages from toddlers, children and young teens.
The footpaths are nice and wide making easy access for prams to wonder through with ample seating so you can breathe a sigh of relief and supervise your little ones while enjoying that caffeine hit.
There is ample natural shade thanks to the trees which the playground has been carefully build round as well as extra shelters and gazebos.
The toddlers area is great with climbing frames and low set monkey bars and a slide.

As you walk around you will notice there is a water play area with sand, that is partially shaded, fantastic for a hot day.

As you follow the path around you will see there is sensory play equipment and music making opportunities that lead to little areas of different play equipment.
For those who are adventurists there is carousel that can build up some fast speed so pay attention to the young ones.

There are carefully designed rocks placed throughout the boundary line of the playground for bush play so children to play throughout as well a great game of hide and seek to be played.
